How to: easy shrimp ceviche

I've always loved seafood! When I say love, I mean LOVE with capital letters!!! I'm a big eater but not a great cooker but sometimes I can do wonders with my hands. So here's my take on an easy ceviche.

 You will need:
  • About 20 shrimps, peeled and deveined (I am using 21/25, but I find using the 26/30 better because the shrimps won't be as thick)
  • 1/3 of a big red onion
  • A pinch of salt, pepper and sodium
  • A teaspoon of fish sauce (you can add more later according to your taste)
  • 1/3 of a cup of cilantro (you can put as much as you like, but not too much)
  • 2 big citrus (I've actually use 2 and a half because I like it sour)

Ultimate hair gear 101

People often ask me what kind of tools do I use to make nice bouncy curls. My answer... find a good hairdresser!!! First of all, a nice haircut is essential to build good looking hairstyles. It is like the structure of a foundation. For example, if you don't have any layers, your curls will all have the same length so your look will more likely to be bold and heavy. Instead of you rocking the look, it'll be the hair that bears you. Luckily, I already found my hairdresser and she is AH-mazing but for your own curiosity here are my ultimate gears for lively good looking curls; 1. Moroccanoil heat protector

Eyebrows frame the eyes, hair frames the face

One of my guilty pleasure is to take care of my hair and of course spend on hair products. I usually don't take much time for hairdos or hairstyles, but I am very disciplined when it comes to maintaining my hair healthy and shiny. Hair is in good part made of protein and for keeping it lively you must eat healthy plus have good hygiene. Healthy hair doesn't just happen, it's the result of judicious care.

Here are my favorite hair care goodies/products to have Great, Healthy, Sexy hair:

1. Moroccanoil Shampoo & Conditioner:

Believe me or not, these bad guys will keep your hair clean for at least 3 days. I know it sounds disturbing but this product will give you the feeling and the look of clean hair. Love it!

2. Redken Extreme Anti-Snap:

I did an ombre several months ago and I noticed after dyeing my hair that I had several split ends and it was dry. This product will protect and prevent split ends. Also, it leaves your hair smooth and soft. This is truly my secret weapon for beautiful hair.

3. Macadamia Healing Oil Spray:

BIG love for this product. I love the fact that it is a light formula. It won't leave your hair greasy but shinier and softer.

4. Moroccanoil Volumizing Mousse:

Before blow drying my hair, I put some mousse into my hair to have some kind of volume and texture. Personally, I don't see a big difference, but it helps a lot when it comes to holding my curls all day long.

5. Restorative hair mask

At least once a week, I do a hair mask treatment just to give it a boost. Plus, I find it relaxing and fun.

These products are so far the best for me. I suggest you guys to ask for some samples before purchasing the products, because what works for me may not work for you. :)

Enjoy.

Fine one one by Benefit

I must admit, Benefit has an amazing and original collection of make up for all make up lovers ! I really love their packaging but mostly there practicality. I just got spoiled by T. with their newest blush called Fine One One. Basically, it is a 3 in 1 stick, you have the illuminator, the blush and the contouring. It is just amazing and fast to get ready in the morning ;)
